The purpose of this site?

I'm a Realtor who enjoys creating a "good match" ! 

People who are interested in buying B & B's need good information prior to embarking on this new venture.  I will provide this through this site.  Among the areas that will be covered are regulations, taxes, associations, use of credit cards, taking reservations and deposits, advertising and more.  I will also cover  some less tangible aspects, but equally important, how to be good hosts,  what are reasonable expectations from your guests, and the like.

You will also get some views and input from current B&B operators as well as some great stories.

If you're interested in B & B's, learn as much as you can --some of the information here will be helpful -- decide on the style of B & B that would be suitable to your lifestyle -- size - location - special interests -- etc. ---- and LET ME KNOW !

Not all operator's of B & B's, who might be interested in selling,  place them on the market.  The thought of having showings and possibly a sign out front is unappealing to many.  However, some may be thinking about it and would do so if the opportunity presented itself.  This is where I can help.

I have a very large database of B & B's throughout Vancouver Island that I'm able to contact.  Let me know what you are looking for and i'll see if i can create a "good match".
